However, it can be challenging to know where to start when it comes to eating a vegan diet. After all, many of us know how to cook our favorite recipes, and that’s it. Take the meat, eggs, and dairy out of a situation, and it be can be impossible to work out what to cook. Luckily, there are plenty of blogs and websites out there that can help you find delicious vegan recipes – and here are just a few of them.

Just a glance at her website will let you know that Erin is big on flavors and isn’t afraid to turn some of your favorite non-vegan classics into vegan-friendly versions. From deep-fried brussels sprouts with chipotle-bacon mayo through to tofu satay with spicy peanut sauce, everything on Olives For Dinner makes our tummies rumble.
Deliciously Ella
Deliciously Ella is quite possibly one of the most famous plant-based food bloggers out there and has risen to dizzying heights of fame for her recipes. In fact, she now has several books, an app, and sells her own plant-based products. Not everything here is vegan, but you can filter through to those that are. You can also filter based on the type of food you want, from breakfasts and lunches through to mouth-watering desserts. Deliciously Ella is definitely a website you want to keep bookmarked!

One of the most difficult things about being vegan is learning lots of new ingredients and how to use them. You might find it starts getting expensive when you have to stock the cupboards up with all sorts of weird and wonderful spices. This is where The Vegan 8 comes in, run by Brandi. All of the recipes on this blog use just eight ingredients, so you don’t need to worry about having to stock up on loads of unusual items. Brandi has some of the most delicious vegan dessert recipes we have ever seen, so she’s definitely worth a follow!

We love everything about Isa and the Post Punk Kitchen website! Her photos make us drool, and she includes helpful tips alongside all of her recipes. Plus, you will find plenty of your favorite classics with a modern twist here. Think pot pies, brownies, casseroles, mac and cheese, and even ribs! Well, ribs made out of tofu, but they taste as good as the real thing. Isa is a seriously cool blogger and also has several books that are worth investing in for even more delicious vegan recipes.
